City of Johns Creek Stormwater Utility bills will begin arriving in mailboxes on Monday, July 1. The bills, sent directly from the City of Johns Creek, can be paid on the City's website.

Residents are encouraged to use the City's "Look Up My Property" tool to locate their Bill Number and pay their bill online. Alternatively, check payments can be mailed to the City of Johns Creek at 11360 Lakefield Drive, Johns Creek, GA 30097.

These funds are allocated for maintaining, repairing, and replacing pipes and inlets that facilitate drainage in neighborhoods and roadways. More information about the Stormwater Utility program is available on the City’s website along with a FAQ section. A video tutorial titled "How to Pay Your Stormwater Utility Bill" is also accessible.

For any inquiries, residents can email StormwaterUtility@JohnsCreekGA.gov or call 678-512-3357 to speak with a stormwater utility representative.
