40,000 eggs, bouncy houses, food, more at April 16 Community Egg Hunt

Family

City of Milton recently issued the following announcement.

Children soon can enjoy tracking down some of 40,000 filled eggs and other family-friendly activities during the Milton Community Egg Hunt – a spring tradition co-hosted by the City of Milton and Stonecreek Church.

This event will occur between 4 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 16, at the Cambridge High School football field at 2845 Bethany Bend in Milton. Attendees should come-and-go through the school’s main entrance, much like they would for a Bears’ football game.

There will be separate egg hunts for different age brackets, ensuring that toddlers and “big kids” alike get a fair crack at cracking some eggs. Those looking for something a little less sweet (though Kona Ice will also be available) can purchase dinner from food trucks on site.

When not hunting eggs, children can get their faces painted, jump on multiple bouncy houses, or take home custom-made balloon animals. There will also be informational booths to keep people engaged and informed about other programs around Milton.

The City would like extend special thanks to the team at Stonecreek and Cambridge High for working with us to make this event possible. Citizens who want to help out can do so by registering to volunteer via this link: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0d4daaab2ea6fb6-2022.
