Alpharetta is set to host the Holiday Hop & Shop event on Saturday, December 7, 2024. The event features a complimentary hop-on, hop-off shuttle service from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., providing easy access to various markets for holiday shopping. Attendees can explore five different markets offering crafts, food, décor, jewelry, and sweet treats.
The participating markets include the Alpharetta Christmas Market at Innovation Academy located at 125 Milton Ave and the Heartfelt Holiday Market at the Alpharetta Community Center at 175 Roswell St. Additionally, the Maker’s Market Artisan Faire will be held at Avalon with a shuttle stop in front of the Parking Deck's roundabout at 10000 Avalon Blvd. The Mistletoe Market Stroll & Santa Paws Market will take place in Downtown Alpharetta at 30 Milton Ave near Hamilton Hotel.
To enhance the festive spirit, free photos with Santa will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Alpharetta Convention & Visitors Bureau.
Attendees are encouraged to park at their chosen market and look for Shuttle Stop signs to move between destinations easily. Shuttles run every 15–20 minutes to facilitate movement without parking concerns. Pets are not allowed on shuttles.
The event promises a day of community support through local shopping and festive activities.
