Fulton County has partnered with Alpharetta and other cities within the county to offer a septic system education workshop for homeowners. Presenters from the Fulton County Public Works Department and Fulton County Health Department will conduct the workshop and answer questions.
The workshop aims to help residents better understand how to maintain their septic systems. It addresses conflicting information that may leave homeowners uncertain about proper maintenance practices. Septic tank issues can lead to significant problems for both homeowners and local waterways, but many of these issues can be prevented through simple maintenance and best practices.
Public Works is inviting all interested Fulton County residents to attend this free, informative Septic System Webinar. Questions can be submitted in advance to kelli.edwards@fultoncountyga.gov.
The event will take place on September 17, 2024, from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm via live Zoom. Interested participants can register by completing the form provided at https://tinyurl.com/FultonFall24SepticWksp.
