The City of Alpharetta is in the process of developing its first-ever Public Arts Plan, aimed at enhancing the community with various art forms, including murals, statues, performing arts, and literature. The city seeks to ensure that this plan reflects the heart and soul of Alpharetta by involving community members in its creation.

To achieve this goal, residents are encouraged to complete a 10-minute survey to share their thoughts on public arts and culture and suggest ways it can be improved in Alpharetta. The survey is available at https://bit.ly/AlphaArtSurvey.

Public art plays a significant role in defining a city by honoring its history, celebrating its culture, and creating enriching experiences for both residents and visitors. According to city officials, "Art brings life into spaces, invigorates commerce, and inspires people of all ages every day."

The primary objective of the Public Arts Plan is to unify Alpharetta's diverse community by expressing its collective identity. The plan aims to set a standard for integrating art into the city while celebrating the unique artistry that characterizes Alpharetta.
