On Wednesday, April 9, former Mount Pisgah Christian School standout Erin Parker’s current college team, the North Carolina Tar Heels, won 7-6 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the East Carolina Pirates.

The game took place at Anderson Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Pirates this season.

The Tar Heels’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15 at 5 p.m. at Boseman Field against UNC Wilmington Seahawks.
