A ribbon-cutting ceremony in April marked the opening of The Foundry at The Standard Club. City Councilman Larry DiBiase, along with Mizuno USA executives and Standard Club management, attended the event to celebrate this new state-of-the-art research and performance center. Designed to revolutionize golf club fitting and customization, The Foundry is a core part of Mizuno’s innovation efforts.

The facility offers a Tour-level fitting experience with in-depth swing analysis and personalized club recommendations for golfers of all types. It also includes a cutting-edge Research and Development Room equipped with a robotic testing system that evaluates equipment across multiple sports under real-world conditions. Additionally, there is a full-service Build Shop modeled after Mizuno’s Tour Workshop where expert technicians handcraft and fine-tune clubs.

Johns Creek is pleased to welcome Mizuno and The Foundry to its community. The city has built a national reputation as a place of health, wellness, and innovation—a strategic fit with the high-tech services offered by Mizuno and the Standard Club.
